More than a decade ago, a bold vision took root: to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare for our uninsured neighbors. Grounded in Christ’s love and inspired by God’s call to heal and restore, Charis Health Center was founded in 2007 to serve the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

That same vision continues to guide Charis today. We exist to restore hope, ensure access, and deliver excellence through compassionate, Christ-centered care—meeting patients with dignity, empathy, and respect at every encounter.

Charis Health Center is located in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, and provides affordable primary healthcare to uninsured individuals and families across Middle Tennessee. Through a dedicated staff, committed volunteers, two clinic locations, and a mobile health unit, we expand access to care for those who might otherwise go without.
