Charis Health Center currently offers FREE COVID-19 testing services.

We currently offer three options:
- Abbott BinaxNOW Rapid Antigen testing to patients who qualify. (2 and older)
- Everlywell PCR testing, (18 and older)
- PCR testing through PathGroub Labs (2 and older)
COVID-19 Vaccine
Charis Health Center is currently administering the MODERNA COVID-19 vaccine to ages 18 and older.
