Become an Established Patient

As an established patient, you will have access to our medical clinic and our volunteer network including specialty care, local hospitals and diagnostic services that are offered to you at cost.

You will also have access to our dental, eye and behavioral health clinics as well as counseling and social services.

Cost

Charis Health Center offers patient visits to uninsured individuals in Middle Tennessee for $30 per visit.  We are a nonprofit organization.  Patient fees cover a very small portion of our yearly budget; the balance is provided by grants and private donations from caring individuals, foundations, churches and businesses.
