At the Charis Health Center we provide primary health care for working unisired residents of Wilson County, TN. We operate similar to a regular doctor's office with the main difference being that we are staffed primarily by volunteers. If you live in Wilson County, you do not have health insurance coverage, and if you or someone in your household is employed, you are eligible to be a patient.

The Mount Juliet Chamber of Commerce has awarded The Charis Health Center with the Community Enhancement Award for the Month of March 2011. Each month, the Mount Juliet/West Wilson Chamber of Commerce honors a business that has contributed in some significant way to enhancing the community. The business community in Wilson County has been and continues to be a great source of support for Charis.Charis is honored to receive this recognition from the Chamber of Commerce.

On the First Saturday of each month, a dedicated team of volunteers puts together the Gifts of Grace Fish Fry. The proceeds of the event go to helping local residents with expenses incurred as a result of serious medical conditions. Charis Health Center truly appreciates the ministry and is happy that the Gifts of Grace program has been such a blessing to our patients. On February 5, 2011, David Rhodes, president of Charis along with board members Shirley Whittaker and Kelly Meneely, presented the Gifts of Grace Fish Fry with a Certificate of Appreciation.
